Find Your Meal Plan

I've been doing a lot of research to find different way to establish what the best meal plan is for a person. I'm currently training for my first fitness competition and find it difficult to eat 6 times a day. I'm a person who would rather eat something small in the morning with my coffee and then wait until the middle of the day to eat. I do trust my current trainer and follow the nutrition plan but am interested in the Intermittent Fasting program when my competition is complete in October. A video posted by Dr. Sara Solomon intrigued me and I am not on a journey to learn all I can about the program. I think a nutrition program has to fit a person's lifestyle as well as makes them feel good. Eating all that I do right now does not feel good but I know the process works. I look forward to providing you all with the information I find as well as how it works after my October goals are met.
